No matter how many times I visit, Paris always has a surprise or two for me. This lovely, peaceful garden is tucked away not far from the hubbub of Place de la République. I went in to get views of the surrounding buildings and found a delightful space.
You can take a seat, have a lie down or just stroll and admire.
Gorgeous. I miss walking around in Paris. Haven’t been there in years. My wife is going next month, however, so I’ll have to show her these pics!

I agree wholeheartedly. I am quite a city person but I love the quiet green spaces as much as the bustle and buildings • Sent from my iPhone

Lovely! What a great find. Munich (where I live) has so many parks and green spaces. It’s really something I cherish about the city. Makes it feel less like city living and more like being in a large village!
