What a great ‘cold’ shot that is! I am not keen on the cold but it does create some beautiful images that is for sure

I know what you mean Molly. I love seeing the cold but not feeling it!

Brr! That looks cold but worth a few shivers to get such a beautiful shot!

Beautiful pictures, and the first one has a gorgeous reflection.

I’ve included a photo which fits in rather nicely with your Brrr! theme, Debbie, although chilly it doesn’t look half as cold as your photo!

The ice looks more solid in your shot, but the light suggests warmth.

Wished I had known about your one week wonders! The December month threw a wrench in my blogging habits, so I missed several things:) A happy New Year to you! Her in the mountains we had snow, cold, and now rain, since Dec. 10. Mucho rain, where ponds turn into rivers, and all vallies between mountains are little (and not so little streams.:)
Stay warm!

Lovely shot, Debbie, and (to me) very peaceful as well as cold.

Yes, chilly but very peaceful – it’s the frozen stillness I think

Over here, there are two meanings, bitterly cold and the word to stop a horse.

Yes. And to *start* the horse, just shout *hü!* As in hoo noo, broon coo. 🙂
