Yes, I’m back with another collective noun. This is an unusual one, but I really didn’t invent it! It is thought that this term is related to the exuberant and erratic behaviour of the wildebeest, especially during the grand migration. Another theory is that it is linked to his wild, unkempt, and somewhat comical, appearance.

Smile – the appearance of wildebeest is a mix of a horse, goat, and the long hair ….I don’t know (girl?) anyways, unusual would be the right word for it!
Mine is here: https://thejeshstudio.wordpress.com/2019/04/09/its-not-true-right/
Wishing you a lovely and unusual (in the good sense) week:)

I guess that’s the privilege of the hostess–choosing a word she’ll be able to kill! 🙂 I’d never heard of confusion being used in that way, but I like it. I think sometimes at work we have a confusion, too, in all senses of the word. 🙂 At any rate, I obviously went a different way:

Absolutely! I try to pick something with a few meanings / possible interpretations, but I often have something particular in mind for my shot. Though I set the topics in advance and then forget what I meant to do !!!

Hang on, wildebeest are a confusion? Not an implausibility? Not a string? Not a zeal? Not a parcel? No, that would be implausible, of course. But now I am confused –> https://picturesimperfectblog.wordpress.com/2019/04/14/are-we-going-the-right-way/
Well, not me per se although I am often.

Who knew! Nice one, Debbie! Well, I haven’t used it as a collective noun exactly: https://suejudd.com/2019/04/14/one-word-sunday-confusion/

There’s something about their droopy skin that makes them look that way. Not classic beauty!

And they can’t decide if they are more equine or bovine. Just look at them once from the back and from the front.

Their odd looks seem to give them so much character. They always look lost in thought.
