Christmas at Kew opens tomorrow, 20 November, with a new route for this its 7th year. The Temperate House and the Treetop Walkway both make an appearance this year.
To get you in the mood for the 2019 extravaganza, here is look back at the light show as seen in 2017 and 2018. And yes, I’m going again this year, but not till closer to Christmas.

Afraid so. Though the Kew ones are so good that I don’t mind them starting early.

Wow, this is very festive! I think I saw that pupil in one of the light festivals here in Australia too. Gotta be the same artist. Enjoy, Debbie.

Humph. I don’t think I’ll be in London again within the time frame. But I’ll keep it in mind for future years. Thank you!

Worth getting to one year if you get the chance. I have also noticed that several National Trust properties are putting on some good light displays in and out.Worth looking to see what’s in your area.

Of course that’s true. Stockeld Park, for one, comes highly recommended.

Yes. It has become a regular mum and daughter evening. There are plenty of places to grab drink and snack to fight off the cold. 😀

Oh wow Debbie looks incredible. Unfortunately we’re not going to make Kew this year, but hoping to make Edinburgh’s botanical lights instead.
