Gorgeous photo! I used to think that winter was the time to put the camera away, but this winter I really began to appreciate the softness and greys in winter light.

Yes. I rather like it (especially in this light) but I haven’t entirely forgiven it for blocking my view of London Eye and new year fireworks a couple of years ago. It’s a chunky structure.

From the side this huge building looks scary! But the light is spectacular in your first capture! Wonder what the story is behind the boomerang, or does it solely pertain to its shape? Many thanks for your eye-opening contribution to All Seasons:) Have a great week!

Yes, just it’s shape (as far as I know). I have also heard it called the Elbow.
