Smile of a Young Girl
“It seems to me that [nobody] will be interested in the musings of a thirteen-year old school girl. Oh well, it doesn’t matter. I feel like writing.” Thank goodness she did feel like writing. Anne’s Diary of a Young Girl has allowed us to appreciate the thoughts, ideals and dreams of a teenager during her two…

This rings a bell – were we lucky enough to see it in person with you during one of your Saturday Zoom walkabouts?

Yes! Think it might only have been you though. It was when you were doing the research for me as I walked – excellent service 🙂 🙂

🙂 🙂 Well done Janet
there should have been some text to help you but WordPress is not playing ball. I’m on a chat with an engineer at the moment!

Ask him to bring back the grey circles that used to show up on the calendar when you scheduled a post!! Each scheduled day was highlighted and it made posting in advance so much easier.

Yes I miss that too. But I’m not sure they’d be interested in requests as I think they have a permanent list of bugs to fix! They are still working on my one. It seems that every theme has different problems. They are always polite and friendly though

I did send an email to them once about it but never heard anything back.

oh I am really missing that grey thing too – scheduling for next month’s challenge is so much more difficult without it!

Becky, I don’t understand why they took that away. It was such an easy thing to leave. I often schedule posts in advance and now I have to go back into WP Admin to see what I have or write it down somewhere.

I agree. I suspect when they updated it they forgot to keep it in, but such a nuisance as a lovely helpful tool which could only add to the management of a website

I love his style, I’ve never seen his art before –

He’s worth hunting down. He lives in London, but travels a lot (in normal world).

it’s a bit like the Seurat of the mural. It’s a very pointillist technique.

Absolutely. A kind of drippy Seurat. This is one of the street artists I’d like to see in action.

And he’s done a new one as part of the London Mural Festival – not sure where though.
