Yes, it’s October and Becky’s squares are back!
I’m feeling kinda excited as we head into a month of kind-ness, though the theme did have me kinda confused at first.
So with that in mind, here’s my first #kindasquare post.

What is this?

Entrance to 14 Hills Restaurant and The Garden at 120, London, September 2020
To kinda remove, or kinda add, confusion, try watching this video:
(apologies for the flicker)
And, if words are needed, this is a digital display on the ceiling of the foyer at 120 Fenchurch Street. The video display shows views from the top of the building, including flying birds, an aircraft, leaves fluttering in the wind, nearby buildings, rippling water and more. The overhead screen is reflected in the shiny surrounding walls, to give this a more encompassing feel. From the foyer, you can pop in a lift up to the 14th floor for the 14 Hills restaurant, and to the 15th floor for a public rooftop garden (sadly closed until 2021 due to COVID-19).
Kinda enlightened?

Very confusing! But interesting too. Would have fitted perfectly for my photograph ‘looking up’ POV challenge.

I was there quite a while watching it all change. A fin find – just wish I’d known about the garden before lockdown.

I don’t know whether to stand on the chair and applaud or sulk in the corner, Debs. I can’t compete! Fantastic start 🙂 🙂 Happy October!

🙂 🙂 🙂 Just have a glass of wine and breathe in the sea air – that’ll beat anything.
Happy October to you too, Jo

me again! You were spot on with identifying dad, the quiff kinda gave it away didn’t it! And you were also very close with the professions. They are all bankers about to specialise in trusts, wills and probate – so both financial and legal are right 😀
