This little coffee stall makes a welcome stop if you’re walking between Victoria and Westminster. The little cart stands just outside the Strutton Arms pub, and sells delicious Square Mile coffee with a smile.
Flat Cap is run by the same people that have brought Notes coffee shops to Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square (review coming soon). The carts have been on the streets of London since 2009 and the latest development from this exciting young company is home roasting. At the moment they purvey Square Mile coffee plus guest coffees, but their own roastery is opening soon near Kings Cross. Exciting times for a young company; I, for one, shall be watching out for the new coffees.

The weekday Strutton Ground Market is a pleasant spot for a coffee, bite to eat or stall shopping – tho’ small it has a locals feel to it.
