The views from the verandah of my tent at Toka Leya Camp in Zambia were simply breathtaking. There was nothing between me, the mighty Zambezi and Zimbabwe out on the horizon.
I went to sleep each night, and woke up each morning, to the noise of the rushing waters of the Zambezi. In the early evening I could just sit and admire the golden glow spreading across the countryside and watch the odd elephant or hippo just wander on past.
