Where is this, Debbie? I can see this includes AUGUSTA… which might be an imperial reference, while …ORDIAE could be something to do with concord, so an inscription perhaps about the empire bringing peace?

Oh thanks! This could well be a reference to the first Roman emperor Augustus, as Pompeii was destroyed in the 1st century AD (on my birthday, as it happens).
