This knitted version of the famous Royal Pavilion takes pride of place in the window of a fun cafe in the North Laine area of Brighton.
The owner of the cafe is known for his incredible knitted artworks, and also for his fantastic tea cosies. Even if you’re a coffee drinker, you need to order tea here to see what cosy you are going to be served. Peter normally knits up a new delight each year for the Brighton Festival, so watch out for something equally knit-tastic this May.
If you’re a knitting fan and need a room for the night, you could do worse than to stay in the knitted hotel room at the Pelirocco, designed by local artist Kate Cardigan!

A knitted palace. That must have been hard to create. Great photo. 🙂

Great photo. Someone is a busy knitter. I love quirky tea cosies too – I have done a couple myself.
