“There’s a story waiting inside
Behind the door, as it opens wide
And I wander in, hoping to find
Something”
– “A shop with books in” by The Bookshop Band

Word on the Water, London, November 2016
This enticing bookshop sits in a 100-year-old Dutch barge down on the Regents canal, a short stroll from Kings Cross Station. Be sure to pop down there to enjoy the atmosphere and to choose from a strong selection of both used and new books.

Next time I am in London, I’ll make sure to embark on one of these barges. Was it very wobbly when you were capturing it? Love the shot and the colour of the sky.

It was a windy evening so some wobble. This is just a 5 minute walk from Kings Cross Station so easy to find. And I will accompany you!

Debbie, what an intriguing book store, great to see that there are folks still enjoy books with pages! Thanks for pairing this interesting tune with your fotos. Please stop back again.
