Casa Batllo, Barcelona, April 2017
The Casa Batllo is worth visiting even if you have to queue. But the best option is pre-booking, and preferably for the “sunrise” access. This allows entrance to a limited number of people before the building opens generally.

Love the photos – the Casa Battlo was one of the highlights on my last trip to Barcelona. I’d been to the city a couple of times before, but never made it there, but I’m really glad I did this time!

Excellent – the quirky fisheye angle makes the shot

It was a great lens to play with. Was my first time and I was mainly using it to capture the wide angle (and people who had no idea they were in my shot!) But then I realised how much I could play with perspective. Might have to rent it again!

I seem to remember I caught sunset there, Debs. Love the fish-eye effect on this one. Never seen Battlo from that angle 🙂 🙂

I couldn’t just wait – had to take shots!!
And I really enjoyed the fisheye 🙂

You see, such a simple and clever choice :D. I never doubted you could answer the theme marvelously. The convex shape adds to the building’s quirkiness, and is squeezing the entire waiting party nicely. 😀

Thanks Paula.
You might get fed up with my convex shots, mind you – I rented the fisheye lens for the weekend and had to get my money’s worth!
