It is St Alban’s Day on 22 June, and the giant puppets are getting ready to celebrate. They will be accompanied by many children in fantastic costumes as they parade around town on the annual pilgrimage, which always takes place on the Saturday closest to St Alban’s Day.
If you’re in the Hertfordshire area this Saturday, 24th June, be sure to pop over to join in the fun.

They look like fun. Hope you’ll have good time at the procession. We are having 36 Celsius here so there won’t be much moving in this temperature.

🙂 I meant to go back as was in a mad rush but never found time. But I’m planning to go and watch the procession on Saturday.
