This deserted building was a former bar and restaurant, going under the names of Stalus Bar, Guguta Restaurant and Restaurant Noroc. As far as I can tell the building dates back to 1980 / 1981, and the domes over the door were added to represent the hat of a much-loved fictional character, Guguta, after whom the place was then named. Little Guguta with a big hat is so polar there is now a desert named after him, but that popularity didn’t give the restaurant a long life, sadly.

I would venture to say that the majority restaurants generally don’t have a long life, its the few that remain strong with long life.
