Foray into the Fringe

Edinburgh Fringe Festival, August 2019

The Fringe events are scattered all over the city in theatres, university lecture rooms, pubs, restaurants and bars. Choosing which events to go to can be difficult as the choice is immense, but whatever, and how many, you pick do make sure you also find time to stroll the streets.

Photo opportunity

Just walking the Royal Mile will keep you well entertained.

You’ll find excellent buskers, plus people on small stages giving a quick overview of their shows.

Plus energetic, and not so energetic, people handing out leaflets for the show they are part of.

Never a quiet moment

And always something bright and beautiful.

If any further chilling is required, pop down Cockburn street to the Milkman, for a great coffee. And be sure to accompany that with the lime and courgette cake. Yum!
