Mural by Manu Manu, Barcelona, June 2019
Early in this month’s square challenge, I featured a well-lined piece of street art, with some doubt about what was tattoo and what was wrinkle. As the end of the month approaches, I thought it was time for more lines on the skin. This stunning mural, by Manu Manu (aka Manu Twice), features a real beauty, where her undeniable wrinkles add to her charm. And her lively and intense eyes make us forget those signs of age.

I think she’s lived her life in those wrinkles. At least they look like happy, not sad wrinkles. And I agree the eyes say a lot, too. It’s a beautiful mural.

A great mural, though I am not a fan of wrinkles 😦 or old age. Though it’s better than the alternative.
Nice touch that the cyclist is also wearing a striped shirt!
