That artwork made me smile, although I wondered how that one boat on the right gets under the bridge. The boats remind me of several books written by British authors that have narrowboats and the like in them.
I always used to think about the narrow boats as things you hire for a holiday but actually many of them are house boats. A few of the ones around the photo scene are cafes and bars and the tall shaggy one is probably one of those.
