A really wonderful image, Debbie. The people look so small amidst all that sand. Here’s my somewhat belated entry: https://anotherday2paradise.wordpress.com/2020/10/21/one-word-sunday-two/

I like your two, very subtle. Mine is far less subtle:

Ooh, I like this! Not quite Shelley’s ‘the lone and level sands stretch far away’, but that’s what it brought to mind. Anyway, mine is arboreal: https://suejudd.com/2020/10/18/two/

It was a beautiful spot, and there was plenty of levelness beyond. The clambering up was hard work – I literally had to be dragged up the last bit! I wasn’t thinking Shelley, but it works very well, Sue

I was going to say, “am I meant to be surprised?”
And glad you enjoyed the desert, Tom – one of my favourite parts of Oman

I like the sun/shadow play and the smallness of the people. You got some really good shots in Oman, didn’t you? Anyway, I’m going with publishing and here it is with much larger “twos” than yours. 🙂
