Early morning frost is thawing, St Albans, November 2020

Now over to all of you. Do come and join us in our Saturday six-word musings.
I’ll admit that many of us openly break the numeric rule and share far more words (all excellent of course!) so the key rule is to have a title of six words – and then create around that the post that you desire! Perhaps in bunches of 6 words if you’re feeling inspired.
To join the challenge, please put a link in your post to the URL of this post. Then come back here and leave us a comment. If you have any problems with linking, just put your own URL into the comment. And do feel free to socialise digitally – tweet, instagram, flickr, etc. with the hashtags #SixWordSaturday and #6WS.

I’m told we had frost here some mornings. I’m never early enough to see it. Certainly not early enough + coffee to funtion enough to pick up my camera. Thank you for reminding me that one of these days I will manage it! 🙂 Here is my sixer: https://picturesimperfectblog.wordpress.com/2020/11/28/a-poisonous-wart-on-his-nose/

I’m far from an early bird. That frost lingered until mid-morning yesterday giving even me a chance 🙂

This kind of winter I like (assuming of course I have a warm house to hide in later!)

We NEARLY had frost this morning. But fog. We can manage fog. https://margaret21.com/2020/11/27/fog-and-mist-cloud-and-sun/

I only like the fog when at least a bit of sun manages to shine through – and that is not happening down here this morning.

Glad you like them, Marion. No repeat of that whiteness this morning – just a grey mist.

We’re back to grey, misty and damp today – no crispness this morning. Wishing you more yumminess today, Jo

Oh, goodness, I haven’t seen frost here yet! I take it that’s an image from the past??? Any way, here’s my 6 words: https://suejudd.com/2020/11/28/is-that-a-gibbet-i-see/

No, that was yesterday morning! And it’s at least our second frosty morning. A week or so ago the lawn was absolutely solid and white. I usually pop out early to feed the birds, and I couldn’t be bothered to get my camera when I did that. But about 10:30 I went out to take these – so it hung around quite a while

Beautiful! Woke up to frost and a super thin layer of snow today. I don´t think it will last though.

I can’t send you anymore today I’m afraid – it is damp, grey and uninspiring. Wishing you a cooling breeze, Brian

It’s almost 9:30pm and it’s a bit cooler. Will open the house before going to bed and hope for a cool night.

You won’t believe this, but we haven’t had a frost in the Frozen North yet. Such a lovely set of photos.

Amazing. This was at least our second white morning. And I much prefer that to this morning’s greyness.

Not likely to see any frost here, so I’ll greatly enjoy these.
