My two favourites too, Cee. I remember seeing pictures of Mont St Michel when I was a young child – something my big sister was learning about at school – and I always wanted to go there. And it is as beautiful as I imagined. 🙂

I love that shot too, Becky. He actually looks rather cute 😀 And I’m amazed I got a sharp shot. I’m a vulture fan like you but my favourite of the “ugly birds” is the marabou stork.

It looks especially beautiful from this distance. I love the place but the island itself is always heaving with tourists.

I highly recommend a microlight flight over Mont St Michel. I love the place anyway but the view from up there is tremendous. And so says vertigo-Debbie!
