Ducks at Stanborough Lakes, Welwyn Garden City, March 2021
Now over to all of you. Do come and join us in our Saturday six-word musings.
I’ll admit that many of us openly break the numeric rule and share far more words (all excellent of course!) so the key rule is to have a title of six words – and then create around that the post that you desire! Perhaps in bunches of 6 words if you’re feeling inspired.
To join the challenge, please put a link in your post to the URL of this post. Then come back here and leave us a comment. If you have any problems with linking, just put your own URL into the comment. And do feel free to socialise digitally – tweet, instagram, flickr, etc. with the hashtags #SixWordSaturday and #6WS.

It only occurred to me as I was posting that I should have changed my 6 words for some about Dave the Rubber Ducktographer. I must take him for a walk this weekend. Anyway, here’s my six words for this Saturday:

The numbers keep reminding me that I didn’t find them all!

I did wonder if you’d found them all. Some are obviously more well hidden than others!

My husband was once in Cary, North Carolina, for several month on a training stint. He always claimed that there this was best duck hunting country in the world (he didn’t go on a hunt, it seems to be the slogan around there). Anyway, I showed him your duck hunt and he had to acceed: Your duck hunt is superiour!
😀
Me, I showed you a grown up Bambi last week, here is one of his wives: https://picturesimperfectblog.wordpress.com/2021/03/13/on-the-tip-of-her-tongue/

What fun! Who is the Duck Hunt hosted by?
They are so cute.
No ducks at my end – just a rooster:

And a very confident rooster! I’m not sure who set up the ducks but I enjoyed them 😀

Oh, what larks! And did you see any bears? Looks like they might be on the same track as John (Paol Soren)with his Bear and Duck stories…

I only saw one bear. I think they might be spread wider afield whereas the 🦆 stayed close to the water.

I enjoyed them and I assume the children do too 😀 I’m not sure when they appeared but they seem early for Easter so I assume they were lockdown entertainment.
