I agree with Kwarkito that it’s like the surrealist “exquisite corpse” that originally had different people draw different parts of an image without seeing the whole. Verynice.

Stunning difference between the two styles. It’s almost as if a different person wrote the graffiti and drew the birds. Regardless, this is a beautiful mural, Debbie.

He’s from Bristol and I first ran into him there in 2015 or maybe 2016 before he moved to London. Amazingly a few of his pieces from that era are still around. Met him a few times after when he returned for Upfest. Not sure who did the writing. I checked all the A51 crews insta pages but can’t see it posted anywhere.

I like very much the alliance of these two different forms of graphics, like a kind of “exquisite cadaver” as the surrealists liked to do
