I love the composition. I’m guessing the Strand is the name of the building or complex?

  It’s the name of the street – comes from the word Strond meaning beside the river. Behind the buildings on the right runs the Thames

If the second flag on the right didn’t obscure the vertical sign as much, it would have made the title more obvious.
