Oh the famous Tv Tower ..it’s been ages since I’ve been to Berlin – so it is distant in that sense too for me 🙂. My entry here:

Excellent framing of that distant tall structure. Here’s my reasonably distant human: https://suejudd.com/2023/11/05/distant/

Thanks Sue. It’s hard to go anywhere in Berlin without seeing the tv tower, but this one was so nicely framed by the greenery that I couldn’t resist the shot

Lovely perspective, must have been some distance away as its a very big unit. https://alondonmiscellany.wordpress.com/2023/11/05/distant/

Yes, I was here to find a water tower and the tv tower was still visible. I have to say I find it a useful tool in my wanderings as. always know which way to head to get back to an area I know

Nice interpretation. The man on the bench seems to be pondering on the distance 😊.

In the distance but present, almost omnipresent. It was visible and even meant to be visible when a lot of other parts of Berlin were covered from view by the wall.
A completely different view but also of Germany: https://picturesimperfectblog.wordpress.com/2023/11/05/on-a-not-so-clear-day/
