Although the humour ends there. The wellies are a bit off a giveaway but he was rummaging in the piles of rubbish on street corners to see what he could find. Lack of fuel is the government’s reason / excuse for not collecting the rubbish! The four beautiful old squares (all that some tourists ever see) still look immaculate but beyond that you see real life. 😦
