They really need tourists – one of their rare sources of income. So do go if you can.

A nice Action shot from Cuba’s Malecon! Mine is more pedestrian: https://suejudd.com/2026/01/11/forward/

Great shot making the most of the different speeds of the cars. And the complementary colours don’t hurt it either!
Mine is rather (naturally) monochrome: https://picturesimperfectblog.com/2026/01/11/and-we-just-keep-moving-forward/

Great style to that ‘action’ shot. I am a little more sedate :- https://davidoakes-images.com/2026/01/11/ows-one-word-sunday-challenge-forward/

Cool! I chose the same type of image for my forward, mine just isn’t as fast as yours. 🙂

So much to like about this photo Debbie, the colour, the movement, the juxtaposition between the seemingly stationary older car and the fast newer car passing by. So much going on as well.

It’s pretty busy down on the Malecon. Especially as the sun goes down and people (mainly tourists) go for drives in the classic cars. I was panning to catch the classic and the yellow taxi surprised me by speeding past.

It was very fortuitous happening. I am sorry you missed the vintage car. The resulting photos was car photobombing at it’s best
