I had some great meandering walks in Istanbul, often getting lost, though never beyond recovery with the help of my phone map. I’ll write them up some time, but for now I thought I’d share some visual zigzags.

Wow, these are great snippets and a really interesting way to post. (Gorgeous color too!) It’s nice for me to get out of my comfort zone and explore some other ways to posts. I tend to be so straightforward and literal. I clicked on your zigzag link and was blown away but what it took me to. I think of myself as more a traveler than a photographer, but I may need to dip into the photo blogging pool for a bit of a fun challenge. Also like the macros.

I don’t know what it was that made me think Istanbul when I saw the zigzag theme, but when I looked at my photos I found all these wonderful shapes (and colours)
