I came across this charming, compact coffee shop last weekend as I left a workshop at VV Rouleaux on Marylebone Lane, heading to Selfridges. I was in need of caffeine after an early start and 2 hours of creativity! And the name was appropriate too.
There is only room for around a dozen people; if there is space, do pop in. The coffee is delicious and the tea is pretty good too. It is all served by friendly and knowledgeable staff, who have time and inclination to engage with the customers.
There is tasty food too, with the offerings varying by time of day. So, pastries, muffins and yoghurt for breakfast, brownies and flapjacks for elevensies and quiche and sandwiches for lunch. I gobbled up my fruity seedy flapjack with barely a pause.
.
Prices are pretty standard for central London: espresso £2.20, latte £3.00, tea £2.60.
If you can’t visit, you can buy their gorgeous coffee online.

That, too, lol. Marylebone is a fab part of town. If I ever return to London and can afford to live somewhere central, that’s where I’d plonk myself down. But it’s more likely going to be Crouch End, which is nice and a bit more affordable 😉
