Every Thursday I post a picture or two taken from above or below, and invite you to join in the challenge by posting your own photos with an up or down perspective.

Special thanks go to LadyoftheCakes, Cee Neuner, Bevchen at Confuzzledom, Dawn at the Day After,  Anna at Home&Away and WollyMuses for their entries last week.  You can see top entries from previous weeks here and also on my Pinterest board.

You’ll find these Boris Bikes (named after Boris Johnson, the London mayor, who is a keen cyclist) and Barclays Bikes (named for their sponsor) at bike parks around London.  You can hire one on the spot, or you can register and pay an annual fee. Current charges are £2  for 24 hours (as many journeys as you like in that time, but there are some extra fees if any single journey is more than 30 minutes), £10 for 7 days or £90 for a year.

To see other entries and to link up your own contribution, please click here.

Just enter your post’s URL and thumbnail photo to the Linky Tools list and leave a comment below. More information on how to participate is here.   I am looking forward to seeing what you come up with.

The list will open each Thursday at 00:01 GMT and will be open for a week.

  1. Boris bikes! Teehee! They have bikes like that in Germany (provided by Deutsche Bahn) but I’ve never heard anyone call them by any special name.

Will be putting my post up later.
