Look Up, Look Down Challenge – How to Participate

One of the things about blogging that has surprised and delighted me, is just how many fantastic blogs there are out there.  Whether you want to laugh, be inspired or be informed, there are plenty of blogs to suit.

There is a wide variety of challenges and memes in the blogosphere.  You can participate in these to inspire your own post creation, and you can use them to find interesting topics and bloggers.  You can also use them to help you become a part of the blogging world, by reading and commenting and by attracting viewers to your own blog.

As I have very much enjoyed joining these challenges and blog hops, and have made some good blog friends along the way, I have decided to host a photo challenge of my own.

My own blog is a travel blog and one of my travel mantras is “look up”;  we miss so much if we don’t.  Therefore, this challenge is titled

LOOK UP, LOOK DOWN

It’s very simple to participate, there are hardly any rules:

1. Simply publish your own post as normal, containing a photo or selection of photos that are either looking up, or looking down.

2. Link back to my current challenge post from your post.

3. Press Enter here  and enter the URL for your post in the linky thumbnail display that appears.  You will then be invited to select a photo from your own post which will appear in the linkydisplay to encourage others to come and check out your post.

Please leave a comment after linking up and take some time to visit other contributors.

I will feature your entries on my Look Up Look Down Pinterest Board – by entering the challenge you are giving permission for sharing in this manner. The Pinboard entries are of course linked back directly to your own posts.

That’s all there is to it, so off you go; I look forward to seeing your entries.
