I visited Collioure a few years ago. It is just an incredible small town. They it is the place in France with the best natural luminosity. In the 19th and 20th Century it was visited by a multitude of artists who left paintings everywhere inside the city!
Incidentally probably the best bread in France!

Yes, it is one of my favourite places, truly beautiful. I’ll have to go back to check out the bread!

This bread is a baguette about 80 cm or mor long and a good 8~10 cm thick. The crust is at least a good cm thick. You don’t cut that bread, you break it!
They sell it at the Sunday open market, too!
