The Catalans are proud of their heritage and you’ll spot many a yellow and red Catalan flag flying, no matter the time of year. With the current push for independence there are more around than usual, many with the white star on blue background which is the sign of support for independence.

Well the window boxes are beautiful, but look at the artistic photography skills – I would say those are eye-catchy. Thanks for sharing the photos. I really have no much idea about Catalans though. Keep posting about your future tours.

Yes, I haven’t spent much time in Girona but I would say it’s similar. I must explore Northern Catalonia a bit more this year.
