For me, preparation and anticipation are a important part of travel.  I like choosing luggage and packing (though I hate unpacking at the end of the trip).

The first thing I do when I arrive somewhere is get out for a walk to soak up the atmosphere.  Depending on the location, I’ll seek out an iconic building that tells me I’ve arrived.

Next comes food – a massively important part of any trip for me.  In fact, if I’m honest, food is probably part of every one of those initial walks.

How kind of this restaurant in Madrid, then, to provide not only food and drink, but also the travel images to go with it.
