Then check out Cafe Jazz Populart.  They feature a wide range of jazz music in this small bar come cafe.  It’s a very popular venue, not just because there is no cover charge; the customers are definitely here to listen to the music.

When I happened across this cosy and lively venue by chance on my last trip to Madrid,  I found the staff helpful and welcoming.  I plan to get back there later this month.
