This house in Margate may or may not be bleak, but as far as I can tell it has nothing to do with the famous Dickensian Bleak House.
Whereas the door below belongs to a house in Broadstairs where Dickens spent some summers and is know to have written David Copperfield.

Hard to imagine isn’t it. The one in Broadstairs went for sale about 5 years ago for around 2 million pounds according to the Internet! I don’t know if it sold.
