In central Copenhagen, next to Christiansborg Palace, there stands a museum dedicated to a single artist, to the sculptor Bertel Thorvaldsen (1770–1844), a Dane who spent most of his life in Rome.
The outside is adorned with a mural by Jørgen Sonne depicting Thorvaldsen’s homecoming from Rome in 1838.
History can be shared in so many ways.
I like the juxtaposition of the bikes and murals.

That is an interesting post and what a great way to commemorate the work of a famous sculptor.

The museum itself sounds great too – both the sculpture contents and the architecture and decor
