Early evening at the end of Margate Harbour Arm, February 2016
Hex colour ref: #95918c
A colourful note: grey is a colour of no colour, lying between black and white, and often being viewed as a symbol of boredom, neutrality and old age; rarely someone’s favourite colour; and rarely an inducer of excitement.
The first recorded use of grey as a color name in English is in AD 700. Grey is the dominant spelling in European English, whilst gray has been the preferred American spelling since approximately 1825.
It became a Crayola colour in 1934, and apparently it is spelled grey on labels, but gray on the boxes.

I kinda like gray, it can be very nice if you paint your walls since it almost got a dominant tone of another colour in it.

Thanks for the spelling explanation; which explains why I never know how to spell it!

I don’t mind it except when it’s the colour of the sky, Debs. Home tomorrow x

Prepare yourself then!
I’m in Edinburgh and the sunny blue sky vanished as I landed! But I’m enjoying a nice whisky at the moment😀
I hope Portugal was wonderful as always.

Wow. I had no idea she was that age! Nor you 😉 Quite a big gap between the two – mind you, my older sister is 16 years older than me!

Yes. I hadn’t really stopped to think but so am I. My bedroom is grey, with lime green and bright pink! I love it. And my kitchen is grey and purple.
