Lustrous London, October 2014
Hex colour reference: #cdc5c2
A colourful note: the colour silver is a shade of grey that is trying to replicate the colour of polished silver. The metallic shine cannot really be reproduced in a crayon, though, as the shiny effect is due to the contrast between the metal’s surface and the angle of the light source.
A trivial pursuit: what does silver have in common with orange, purple and turquoise?
Well, silver and these three other colour names, all lack a rhyming word!

Thank you! This was in my early days with a decent camera – I’m very pleased with it. But London really does welcome the camera!!
