I’m no ladybird expert, but I think this red delight may be a Harlequin.  These hardy Asian ladybirds have increased their numbers at a considerable pace since their arrival in the UK in 2004.  It is more resilient to the parasites that attack our domestic ladybirds.  However, whilst recent ladybird surveys show that the numbers of many of our domestics have decreased, others are still holding their territory.

    all I see are Harlequins (and I’m no expert, but I’m sure that’s one in your image)
