Posted for today’s plum Crayola challenge:
A colourful note: in 1958, Crayola issued their largest box of crayons so far – 64 colours in a wide box, with a flip top and a fitted pencil sharpener. Plum was one of the brand new colours in this jumbo range.
Named, rather obviously, after the fruit, the first recorded use as a color name in English was back in 1805.

That must be the enticing smell of coffee wafting through the town. Thanks for contributing to this week’s Monday Mural.

And it wasn’t bad coffee. I’ve got some photos here that I like. But the weather has been unpredictable. Today was so windy I could barely stand let alone take steady shots. Hoping for calmer weather tomorrow!

We were the same over the last few days. Yesterday Teresa had to hold onto me and stand in the way of the wind so I could take a steady photo!!! We had a great time and wished we could have stayed. Come with us next time 🙂
