Silk in Sheki,  Azerbaijan,  March 2017

#dd4492 color image

Hex colour ref:  dd4492

A colourful note: the colour name cerise comes from the French word for cherry, cerise.  According to the Oxford English Dictionary, the first recorded use of cerise as a colour name in English was in The Times newspaper in 1858.
