I am a big fan of street artist Osch, so I was disappointed to find this “tosh” version.
However, another 1000 steps or so and I had an unadulterated piece to greet me. Wind is replaced by nuclear and Don Quixote is considering the issue!

The second Don Quixote this week! A wry comment on the use of nuclear power. Are we tilting at windmills trying to prevent them or continuing to use them? Thanks for contributing to this week’s Monday Mural.
