  1. Temporary or permanent – who cares! It is an amazing piece of architecture and so crisp against that blue sky. The snail is cool. And I don’t often say THAT about snails…

    1. Baku has had two oil-wealthy periods in recent history which has resulted in an impressive modern skyline. The centre featured here is large and in a huge open space, but a bit out of the centre.
