The person in the black and white outfit has to be doing a fashion shoot surely? That suit! Those shoes! And the fabulous scarf! Not sure if male or female, but how fab against the mosaic. The chimneys are wonderful and this is a building I missed. The second image looks like Storm-troopers!
There was a group of people in a variety of black and white outfits plus a large guy in a red outfit, vaguely resembling a native American. Possibly an informal photo shoot. Details unknown!
