This colourful door is the work of Peruvian street artist, Bronikart, in El Born area of Barcelona, the city that Bronik has adopted as her new home.

This is my first week with Thursday Doors and am stoked with the variety and colour I am finding. I love bright colours and quirky is very me. So, this was right up my alley. My brain must’ve gone on vacation, because I was trying to work out what that stripe was through the middle…the open door? I probably shouldn’t admit to that, but it’s been a long day.
Great move including the people at the cafe. I’ve done that a few times myself. Figure people expect me to be photographing the object without realizing they’re just as much part of the shot.

What a fun capture – saw the chandelier later! you have a way to bring humor in your capture – in a subtle way (that would fit with being English, or?) – I like that more than the screaming way:)
