Búðakirkja, the black church at Buðir, Iceland, September 2018
I’m late this week but here, at last, is my weekly quotation-inspired image.

Love the contrast of the rainbow with the church, Fascinating. I also wondered why the church was black but I guess since it is Iceland they have snow more than not and you need to see the church, but maybe green instead of black. Interesting photos.

One could make something of the metaphysical interpretation of this photo with the composition of cloud, rainbow, and church… My offering for this week: https://picturesimperfectblog.wordpress.com/2018/09/27/theres-colour-at-the-of-the-tunnel/

Yes. I prefer that one. I was balancing on a wall for the first one and didn’t have the athletic ability to get into a better spot to shoot that one. I was on terra firma for the second one!
