“Wind Power” by Rogue-One and Art Pistol, Mitchell Street, Glasgow, image November 2017

This mural requires a second look, as the breeze converts the petals into wind turbines, celebrating the diversity of sustainable energy production within the Glasgow area and the rest of Scotland. It was created as part of Doors Open Day 2014.

  1. I love this image of a woman’s breath blown onto petals that then transform into wind turbines. I appreciate your note at the end, I had missed this wonderful detail that adds a whole new dimension to the image. The garbage cans with overflowing plastic bags seem to make an environmental statement of their own and in some way could be a part of the mural.
