Thanks Brian – it’s a newly developed area, home to Google and YouTube plus some eateries. I walk through there a lot as there’s a great canal walk just beyond here. And it provides great views back to the clock tower on St Pancras Station. Clever design to provide that view.

A big thanks to the planners, designers and the workers who built something for the people

Something about water brings peace even to a city landscape.

It certainly does – I love to hear the rush of a river, and see reflections in calmer water.

It’s a lovely area now. The new coal drop quarter is an interesting mix of old and new architecture. And the canal is lovely. All accessible so could be a future day out for us. And St Pancras is a user friendly station.

A modern, busy (of course) part of London but always provides an interesting shot or two.
