I so adore how colorful your light photo is.
Mine is definitely not colorful this week. Enjoy!

A great contribution, Cee. The bright nose is gorgeous, but your first lamppost is even better

It’s a tunnel in London underground. It usually just has stripy lights in the wall, but occasionally it gets used for marketing or art displays. Some technical facts here: https://travelwithintent.com/2017/10/12/underground/

That’s fun and a venue, I see, for more photos of “me.” 🙂 In my ongoing effort to be different, I went with the meaning of “light” that has to do with weight, although there was certainly some light that morning.

And thanks for your lights, Jackie. I’m having trouble leaving a comment – but I wanted to say that the Birmingham one made me smile as it’s far from a typical image of that city

That looks like fun.
When I prepared my post yesterday I didn’t think I would need light so much this morning. It is midday and the morning fog hasn’t dissipated yet. A first this season.

We’ve had a few days like that recently. Sometimes there’s a hint of sun in the morning and then it vanishes and the fog wins the battle 😦

I want one of those giant anglepoise lamps now.
I had to go back a couple of weeks due to grey skies and flat light recently:
